Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support Representative to join our team at Swiggy in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users and ensuring their experience with our platform is smooth and enjoyable. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Maintain a positive attitude and consistent communication with customers throughout the resolution process - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Act as a resource for customers by providing helpful tips and guidance on using our platform - Assist in training new team members on customer service processes and standards

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Excellent planning and project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service roles is preferred, but not required - Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required
