Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

1mg is looking for a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, resourceful, and looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via email, chat, or phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and billing issues - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience - Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
