Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Delhivery is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position is perfect for individuals at the entry level who are looking to gain experience in the logistics industry. As a Remote Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to shipments, deliveries, and other logistical concerns. 3. Provide guidance and support to customers on using our online tracking system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and online tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
