Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Support Representative at BYJU'S in Delhi, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues and will be expected to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 3. Assist customers with account setup, billing, and other technical issues. 4. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other teams within the company to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Reliable and able to work independently. 5. Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting. 6. Ability to work part-time hours in a flexible schedule.
