Job Description:
As a Support Representative at Simplilearn, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints. 3. Provide product information and support to customers. 4. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies. 8. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Reliable and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 4. Ability to think innovatively and strategically to solve problems. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
