Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Support Representative at BookMyShow in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will need to have a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers and resolve their concerns.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues. 3. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. 8. Meet daily quotas for customer interactions and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing situations. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
