Support Representative

Job Description:

Swiggy is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our users. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image for Swiggy.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with the Swiggy app - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer feedback and improve processes - Keeping up-to-date with product and policy changes to provide accurate information to users - Contributing to a positive and energetic team environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong time management skills - Ability to innovate and adapt to changing customer needs - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
