Job Description:
As a Support Representative at Vedantu in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues that may arise, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers. 4. Documenting all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
Requirements: 1. Dedicated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
