Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a reliable and dedicated Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate-level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Innovative thinking to proactively solve customer issues. 6.
