Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time. 6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer support.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Independent and resourceful, able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 5. Strong cooperation and innovation skills, able to adapt to changing customer needs. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
