BookMyShow is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries about our products, services, and offerings. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer concerns and feedback. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold our high standards of customer support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Dedicated and independent worker with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in project management and time management. 6. High level of cooperation and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
