Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Khatabook, a leading tech company in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a driven and independent Support Representative to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our software products. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 7. Must be located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
