Job Description:

Urban Company is looking for a passionate and independent Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi, IN on a part-time basis. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our users and clients.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with other tasks as needed
