Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Support Specialist to join our team at Dunzo in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
