Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join Vedantu, a leading online education platform based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our users. You will need to be resourceful and independent, with strong persuasion and strategic planning skills. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and support activities - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
