Support Specialist

Job Description:

Blinkit is seeking a motivated and resilient Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Assist in the creation of support materials and documentation for customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly. 3. Excellent communication and people management skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Experience with customer support software and tools. 6. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus. 7. Resilient and motivated attitude towards work.
