Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Swiggy is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote support to our customers. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers remotely. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other support specialists to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations. 2. Excellent teamwork and time management skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
