Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and energetic Support Specialist to join our team at Dailyhunt in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time entry-level position, the Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and time management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to our products. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - entry-level position. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Must be resourceful and able to think creatively to solve customer problems. 5. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with others. 6. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
