Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Support Specialist to join our team at Zoomcar in Delhi, IN. As a part-time associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues they may have. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with our platform and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team on potential improvements to our service offerings. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and help desk systems. 6. Resourceful and reliable with a positive attitude. 7. Ability to demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills.
