Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Khatabook is seeking a passionate and resourceful Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist customers with any inquiries or technical issues they may have regarding our products or services - Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns through phone, email, or chat support - Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address recurring customer issues and suggest improvements - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Contribute to the development of customer support resources, including knowledge base articles and tutorials

REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to persuade and influence others - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
