BigBasket is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer support field. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 5.
