Job Description:
Nykaa, a leading beauty and wellness platform in India, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Nykaa's customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalations, and complaints. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on Nykaa's products, services, promotions, and policies. 8. Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
