Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Zerodha in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate-level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong decision-making skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform - Assist customers with account-related concerns, technical issues, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for improvement in our chat support system and processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions quickly - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms - A proactive approach to problem-solving and an innovative mindset
