Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Entry Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about upGrad's products and services - Assist customers with technical issues related to the website or online platform - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Conduct research to find solutions to customer queries and concerns - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer interactions - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent research skills to find solutions and answers quickly - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
