Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online assistance to our customers through web chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product information and processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Conduct research to provide customers with accurate and timely information - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to guide customers through complex issues - Research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Proficiency in using web chat software and navigating multiple screens - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent required
