Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide feedback on customer interactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively - Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
