Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers through web chat with their inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. 3. Use persuasion techniques to guide customers towards purchasing products or services. 4. Plan and prioritize customer interactions in order to meet or exceed sales targets. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support and service delivery. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Driven and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer behavior. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
