Job description:
Infosys is looking for a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers via online chat, answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
