Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Licious is seeking a passionate and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team and work remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues they may have - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Cooperation and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools
