Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team at Snapdeal in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through web chat - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with order placement and tracking - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and upsell products - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets - Maintain a positive attitude and passion for helping customers

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required
