Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Associate to join our team at Hilton in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online guests through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with guests in real-time through web chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Hilton properties and services. 2. Utilize knowledge of Hilton's products and services to effectively address guest queries and provide personalized recommendations. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in guest interactions. 4. Provide accurate information and adhere to company guidelines and protocols during all chat interactions. 5. Monitor and track guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry. 2. Strong leadership and research skills. 3. Resilient attitude with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in using web chat platforms and other relevant software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
