Job Description:
Myntra is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Assisting customers with order placement and tracking - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work remotely with a strong internet connection - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
