Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Toppr is seeking a talented Web Chat Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through the web chat platform to provide assistance with inquiries and issues. 2. Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 3. Demonstrate a passion for helping customers and solving problems quickly and efficiently. 4. Exhibit leadership skills by guiding customers through complex issues and making decisions to best serve their needs. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Stay up to date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicator goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. 3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Leadership skills to assist and guide customers through complex issues. 7. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 8. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
