Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tata Digital in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and accurately. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the online chat support process and suggest improvements. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Tata Digital brand positively in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat support environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Resourcefulness and energy to provide top-notch customer service consistently.
