Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Zoho Corporation is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 6. Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer experience. 7. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve service and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Must be motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to come up with innovative solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms. 6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
