Job Description:

Zerodha, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with at least one year of relevant experience. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - One year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work remotely - High school diploma or equivalent required
