Apple India is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 4. Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving team performance. 5. Proficiency in chat platforms and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
