Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Web Chat Manager to join our team at Cars24 in Delhi, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability, as well as strong soft skills in problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage web chat conversations with customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Use analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in web chat interactions - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through web chat communication - Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
