Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Udaan. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, assigning chat agents, and resolving escalated issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 3. Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience managing web chat platforms in a customer service environment. 3. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in web chat software and tools.
