Job Description:
Razorpay is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's web chat operations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and web chat management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement web chat strategies to improve customer service and enhance customer experience - Manage a team of web chat agents, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation - Monitor web chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of web chat operations and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Project management and time management skills - Experience with CRM systems and web chat platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
