Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Bharti Airtel is looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Lead a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to integrate chat with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in web chat management - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Dedication and hardworking attitude
