Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Zoomcar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring smooth operation and timely responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement web chat strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth. - Train and mentor team members to improve their communication and problem-solving skills. - Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to provide innovative solutions for web chat management. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proven experience in web chat management, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. - Driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
