Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Policybazaar in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our web chat platform to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for customer service excellence - Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Train and mentor team members on web chat best practices - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Manage and prioritize incoming chat requests effectively - Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to the web chat platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure - Persuasion skills to influence positive customer outcomes - Proven experience in managing web chat platforms - Proficient in using chat management software and tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
