Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Manager at Wipro in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including chat operations, chat quality, and chat agent performance. - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. - Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback to chat agents to improve overall performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chat services with other channels. - Analyze chat data to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in web chat management.

Requirements: - Energetic and independent individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. - High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and engage with chat agents and customers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in web chat platforms and tools. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
