Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web chat management, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee, you will be responsible for managing a team of web chat agents and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of web chat agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Analyze chat metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Train and onboard new chat agents as needed - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Strong analysis and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in web chat software and customer service platforms
