Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

OYO Rooms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a web chat strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Manage a team of web chat agents, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the web chat operations and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to optimize the web chat experience for customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve our operations.

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in web chat management or a related field. - Dedicated and independent personality traits. - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
