Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing web chat operations remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage web chat operations remotely to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Supervise a team of remote chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels - Develop training materials and resources for chat agents to enhance their skills - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong project management skills - Excellent emotional intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Experience with chat software and CRM systems
