Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets. - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated chat experience for customers.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. - Proven experience in leading a team of chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Resilient and dedicated to achieving goals and targets. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
