Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and be at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in web chat operations - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and make data-driven decisions - Train and onboard new web chat agents, providing ongoing support and guidance - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information - Utilize web chat software and systems to streamline operations and optimize performance

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Independent and reliable personality traits - Strong soft skills, including creativity and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual work environment - Proficiency in web chat software and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
