Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Zoomcar is looking for a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team remotely in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations to ensure smooth and efficient communication with our customers. This is a part-time position requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor web chat operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve web chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor web chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with other departments to coordinate web chat activities and resolve customer issues - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service
